CARE INSTRUCTION
- To shrink the fabric, place it under running water for 5 minutes
- Take the fabric out of the water and spread each panel separately in shade to dry
- Shawls should be dry cleaned and not washed
- Wash under 40°
- Wash light colors separately
- Do not use detergents containing bleach

We at NL FPS online try our level best to dispatch article(s) after complete quality check and scrutiny since we ensure to deliver perfect order(s) however, we do facilitate our valued customers to return & exchange their Product(s) in exceptional cases under the following terms and conditions.
- Customer can only return & exchange the article(s), if the customer have received damage product (s) from NL FPS online. Customer (s) are required to register the query over email at nlfps@nishatmills.com and via call us at +92 42 38103311 by mentioning order number within 10 days from the date of order placed at NL FPS online.
- We do not offer a cash refund, instead a coupon will be issued in exceptional cases of the same value to NL FPS Online customers only. The coupon will be valid for 7 days & redeemable only at NL FPS Online.
- Please do not accept order(s)if the parcel is damaged or seal opened.
- Replacement shall be entertained if the customer wants to exchange the damage product(s) within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock. All returns will be inspected upon arrival in NL FPS Online warehouse. If NL quality team found that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original condition then we will not be able to consider the return.
- Note: Accessories and discounted Items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Section 2: Refund policy
We do refund in exceptional cases and currently we do not support refund policy for cash on delivery method. Refund Process: When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period please check your bank account. It may take some time before refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Section 3: Shipping
Shipment is free all over Pakistan on order above Rs.2500. Depending on where you live, the delivery time it may take for your product(s) to reach you, may vary. Kindly note NL FPS Online will bear all the shipment cost if provided damaged product(s) to the customer.
